Classes are one:one, personalized. You are buying one Experiential Education session for 1hr = 60 minutes. You could use it fully, during one session, or divide it, usually in 2x30' sessions. Other options may be possible at Dr. Velazquez and/or the Functional Expert's discretion. 

During this one hour we will learn, in a highly efficient manner, real and day-day applicable content derived from the fields of Neuroscience, Neurology, Psychology, Sociology, Attachment Theories, Existential matters, Ecology, Evolutionary Sciences, among others, about your desired goals, being it EMOTIONS, COGNITIVE MENTAL POWER, PHYSICAL FITNESS, or  LIFE'S REALIZATION.

Zoom link will be sent out to the email that you use to sign up. Post-course material to continue practicing the content, to quickly and efficiently achieve your goals will also be sent to the registration email.
