How does it work?

Step 1: Dr. Velazquez or other Functional Expert. Initial conversation with PARENTS x 15-30 minutes. 

Step 2: Functional Expert conversation with teenager/ young adult x 15-30 minutes. 

Step 3. Summary. Practices. Homework. Recommendations. 

Conversations are one:one, personalized. You are buying one Experiential Education session (assessment, discussion, practice, etc) for 1hr = 60 minutes. You could use it fully, during one session, or divide it, usually in 2x30' sessions. Other options may be possible at Dr. Velazquez and/or the Functional Expert's discretion. 

During this one hour you will learn, in a highly efficient manner, real and day-day applicable content derived from the fields of Neuroscience, Neurology, Psychology, Sociology, Attachment Theories, Existential matters, Ecology, Evolutionary Sciences, among others, about your desired goals, being it EMOTIONS, COGNITIVE MENTAL POWER, PHYSICAL FITNESS, or  LIFE'S REALIZATION.

Take this seriously, and make the most out of this class by:

Arriving early, determining your goals, being engaged, present, and participative.

Zoom link will be sent out to the email that you use to sign up. Post-course material to continue practicing the content, to quickly and efficiently achieve your goals will also be sent to the registration email.

Your instructor, Dr. Yadira Velazquez will be available via email before, and after the course to answer your questions.
